Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

Saturn Walk currently ships within the United States only, including U.S. territories.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are flat rates set by the store based on current carrier pricing and may change at any time.

Free shipping is available on orders of $75 or more. (subject to change in the future)

In rare cases where free shipping would cause significant financial loss due to shipping costs, the customer will be contacted prior to shipment and given the option to:

  • Pay the adjusted shipping cost, or
  • Receive a full refund

Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. The specific carrier used for your order is not guaranteed and is selected at the seller's discretion based on logistics and cost.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed late Friday, over the weekend, or outside of business hours may not begin processing until the following business days. Processing time does not include transit time.

Tracking & Notifications

All orders include tracking information, and customers will receive automatic email notifications once the order has shipped.

Transit Time & Delays

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Saturn Walk is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier errors, or transit times. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Refunds (including shipping costs) will not be issued for packages that arrive late due to carrier delays.

Lost or Missing Packages

Saturn Walk is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is lost in transit, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier first. If a package is confirmed lost through no fault of the customer and a carrier claim results in an insurance payout, a partial refund may be issued based on the refunded amount. Lost packages without carrier reimbursement are not eligible for refund.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for any reshipping costs, or
  • The order may be refunded minus shipping costs

Packaging

Saturn Walk uses eco-conscious, minimal packaging whenever possible, including recyclable materials.

If you have questions or concerns about an order, you're welcome to reach out. While I'm always open to helping resolve issues when possible, resolutions are evaluated case by case and cannot be guaranteed if Saturn Walk is not at fault.
